The dropper comes out of the bottle preloaded with a daily dose. Apply one dropper directly to clean scalp at areas of need and massage in gently. Wait until the product is absorbed (you'll know because the area will be dry) before applying heat or styling products, or washing hair.
Application can be done on wet or dry hair. After applying, you should wait at least 1 hour before washing your hair or applying additional hair products.
The bottle is full with 90 pre-loaded dropperfuls. At 1 dropper used per day, that's a 3 month supply in every bottle.
The dropper when pre-loading doesn't go to the very top. It fills about 3/4 full and that is plenty of product to spread to several areas of need. Be sure to get the product right on the scalp and minimize it getting on hair shaft. It will spread easier when applied directly to scalp.
Typically, results take 3-6 months.
