 Complimentary Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders within the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii only. Processing times may be extended during holidays and promotions. Packages undeliverable by USPS will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. Please contact us directly at info@platedskinscience.com if you have questions about your order.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please check back for updates.

Shipping Restrictions & Order Review

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Orders shipped to freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, hotels, PO boxes, or other third-party reshipping locations may be subject to additional review, cancellation, or refund at our discretion.

Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, including a freight forwarder or reshipping service, ( plated )® is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, customs issues, or delivery failures that occur after the package is accepted by that third party.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale, export, diversion, or use outside of our approved distribution channels.
